Since 1985, we’ve helped children and families across Yavapai County reach meaningful milestones. We remain dedicated to ensuring that every child, regardless of ability or circumstance, has access to quality developmental support. Through collaboration, education, and compassion, we strive to help every family feel empowered and every child reach their full potential.
Funding
HCEI, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization primarily funded through the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities, and private donations. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations.
