Mission Statement

Mission:
We are dedicated to  the belief that all children are capable of incredible growth despite any limitations they may presently be demonstrating. To that end we strive to work with Yavapai County’s families with children (birth to 5) to provide the best possible Early Intervention services available, without regard to degree of delay, income or race.

Objectives:

  • Provide warm & friendly atmosphere
  • Promote school readiness preparation
  • Support therapies & services in natural environments
  • Provide compassionate and caring staff
  • Integrate typically developing peers as part of natural environments
  • Prepare children and families for the future
  • Offer diverse therapies & services (i.e., occupational, speech and physical)
  • Incorporate social integration between parents and children
  • Offer referrals to other services
  • Teach based on children’s strengths
  • Provide progress reports
  • Support families

Funding:
HCEI is a 501(C) (3) nonprofit, tax-exempt organization. HCEI is primarily funded with the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP), Department of Developmental Disabilities and private donations. Contributions to the HCEI are deducible as charitable contributions to the fullest extent permitted by law. No goods or services were or will be provided by HCEI in exchange for any contribution.
