With skilled pediatric specialists, HCEI provides a warm and loving environment where families and their children are seen in a caring and friendly atmosphere. Services are offered in the child's home or another location selected by the family at a time convenient for the family.

Compassionate and considerate staff work together with the families and children who have developmental delays or disabilities (age birth to three years) based on their specific needs and each child's strengths. Social integration with typically developming children in natural environments is encouraged. Preparing children for the frture - full participation in family life, peer relationships, transition to pre-school -- whatever their needs are, is what HCEI is all about.
